Membership in the Downtown Partnership(CDP) affords all those who benefit from the revitalized district – residents, businesses and visitors alike – the opportunity to support the organization that keeps it thriving. Membership affirms key values and conveys an important sense of community. It is a vital, ongoing investment in our city’s future.

Membership is open to any and all individuals, partnerships, firms, corporations and businesses interested in the welfare and development of Downtown Clearwater, Florida. Annual dues assist achievement of our strategic agenda and help us sustain the position of prominent leader and advocate for downtown Clearwater.

CDP membership tiers are designed to reflect various levels of interest in and ability to support the Downtown Partnership. In selecting a membership category, potential members are asked to consider the extent of their financial means, and the advantages to be accrued through accomplishment of CDP objectives. Membership benefits are cumulative from “friend” level up to the category selected.

PRESIDENT’S COUNCIL – $10,000 (Special 50% Off Membership Discount – $5,000)

Notice of events, organization minutes, invitation to Board and Executive Committee Meetings, company logo included on CDP literature and website/ with a link to your website. First right of refusal on sponsorship opportunities, preferred seating and pricing at forums. Opportunity to distribute company literature at meetings and be a monthly “featured member” on web site. Invited to be CDP Board Member.

EXECUTIVE COUNCIL – $5,000 (Special 50% Off Membership Discount – $2,500)

Notice of events, organization minutes, invitation to Board and Executive Committee Meetings, company logo included on CDP literature and website/ with a link to your website. First right of refusal on sponsorship opportunities, preferred seating and pricing at forums. Opportunity to distribute company literature at meetings and be a monthly “featured member” on web site. Invited to be CDP Board Member.

PARTNER’S COUNCIL – $2,500 (Special 50% Off Membership Discount – $1,250)

SUSTAINING MEMBER – $1,000 (Special 50% Off Membership Discount – $500)
